Pro-Forma Orders

When a requisition has completed its path through the approval process (i.e., its status is Approved), the items on the requisition are automatically included on one or more Pro-Forma Orders (PFOs).

PFOs allow items for the same Vendor, Location, and Order Creator to be combined into a single Purchase Order, to allow an organization to make the most of its purchasing power with suppliers.
