Creating an AP Debit Memo

Create an AP Debit Memo by creating and submitting a Draft Debit Memo.

See Creating a Draft Invoice. Ensure that you select the Debit Memo check box when creating this Draft.

After submitting the Debit Memo from Draft Invoices, this is converted to an AP Invoice.

In the results grid on the AP Invoices page, debit memos have a Debit Memo label under the Type column.
